Terms of use
Terms of use
Effective August 21, 2026
We do three different things and they are governed differently. Read the section that matches what you are using — training in section 3, DELALLi Vantage in section 4, partner access in section 5. Sections 1, 2, and 6 through 9 apply to everyone.
Two companion documents sit alongside this one and govern their own subjects: our Sales and delivery policy and our Privacy policy.
1.Who we are
This site and the training, intelligence, and partner materials reached through it are operated by 825WS, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as DELALLi. “DELALLi,” “we,” “us,” and “our” in these terms mean that company.
2.Who these terms cover
These terms cover delalli.com and three distinct relationships. Which sections apply to you depends on which one you are in, and you may be in more than one.
- Students and agencies who buy or take a DELALLi course, individually or through an agency seat pack, and who may earn a certificate of completion. See section 3.
- DELALLi Vantage subscribers, on either the Weekly Brief or the Premium tier. This is intelligence product, not training, and it carries its own limits on what you may do with it. See section 4.
- Partners given access to the confidential data room. Nothing there is sold to you; it is disclosed to you in confidence, and a separate agreement governs it. See section 5.
Our products, our pricing, and our marketing are directed to the United States only. The site being reachable from elsewhere does not change that.
3.Training courses and certificates
DELALLi training products provide professional education, orientation, and reference material for aviation, public safety, security, and counter-UAS topics. Course completion does not grant law-enforcement authority, mitigation authority, equipment approval, or agency authorization.
Unless expressly stated in writing by DELALLi and the approving body, DELALLi certificates are certificates of completion issued by DELALLi. They should not be represented as TCOLE, POST, FBI, DHS, DOJ, FAA, FCC, IADLEST, or other third-party approvals. Mitigation authority is certified solely by the FBI National Counter-UAS Training Center. DELALLi certifies completion only.
A certificate record can be looked up by its identifier on our verification page. If a certificate is withdrawn, its record is marked revoked and the verification page says so.
Purchases, agency seat packs, delivery, and refunds are governed by our Sales and delivery policy, which is part of these terms.
4.DELALLi Vantage
DELALLi Vantage is competitive and regulatory intelligence. It is not training, it is not legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to take any particular action. Our briefs are analytic judgment drawn from public sources; where a signal is thin we say so rather than inflate it. Decisions you make after reading one are yours.
Weekly Brief is free and requires a DELALLi account. We do not put controlled information or client-confidential material into it. That is an editorial commitment we make and hold ourselves to, not a claim about a filter.
Premium is not sold through this site. Access is by application, and it is reviewed under a client-clearance program that a person runs — no applicant is cleared by software or by their own attestation. We may decline an application, and we may withdraw access we have granted. We are not obliged to give reasons, and an application is not an agreement to supply anything. We do not take payment for Premium today; if that changes, this page changes with it.
Vantage material is licensed to you for use inside your own organization. You may not republish it, resell it, redistribute it outside your organization, post it publicly, or use it to train a competing product, without our written permission. Quoting a short passage with attribution to DELALLi Vantage is fine.
5.Partner and data-room access
Partner access to the confidential data room is granted by invitation and is not available for purchase. Nothing in the data room is sold to you.
Before those materials open, you are presented with a non-disclosure agreement and asked to accept it. We record that acceptance and the time of it. If you do not accept, the confidential materials stay closed.
That agreement — not this page — is what governs the confidential materials, and the obligation in it runs toward us: you agree to hold what we disclose in confidence, to use it only to evaluate a possible business relationship, and to return or destroy it on request. Nothing in these terms reduces that agreement. Where the two differ on confidential materials, that agreement governs.
6.Your account
Some parts of this site require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
The name printed on a certificate is the name you enter when you enrol — not the name on your account, and changing your account name later does not change a certificate. Enter it the way you want it to appear, and if it is wrong, write to Info@DELALLi.com rather than editing your profile. A certificate is looked up by its identifier, not by your name.
Keep your email address current — it is how we send your welcome message and course updates. Your course access and your DELALLi Vantage entitlement are both tied to the account itself rather than to the address on it, so changing your email does not affect what you can reach.
We may suspend or close an account being used to breach these terms, and we may withdraw access to material a closed account could otherwise reach.
7.Use of our materials
Course materials, Vantage briefs, handouts, and the content of this site belong to DELALLi or to the people we license them from. They may not be copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded to public file-sharing services, or used to train competing products without our written permission.
Agencies may retain completion records and internally reference purchased materials for ordinary training administration. That permission covers your own agency, not onward distribution.
8.Changes
Counter-UAS law, policy, and technology change quickly. We may update course material, handouts, briefs, pricing, and public pages as the legal and operational landscape changes, and we may stop offering a product.
We may also update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page tells you which version you are reading.
9.How to reach us
Three addresses, by subject, and a person reads each one:
- Course access, certificates, agency seats, refunds — Info@DELALLi.com
- DELALLi Vantage, partner access, everything else — info@delalli.com
- Privacy requests — privacy@delalli.com, the address designated in our Privacy policy
