ABOUT DELALLi
DELALLi works at the intersection of federal airspace authority and the people who have to operate inside it. We read the rules directly, translate them into programs an organization can actually run, and train the people who run them.
Why we exist
Drone and counter-drone operations sit on a regulatory frontier: authority is fragmented across federal, state, and local lines, the rules are new and still moving, and the consequences of guessing wrong are severe. The organizations that most need clarity — local agencies, security teams, small operators — generally have the least access to it.
That gap is where DELALLi works. Not as a research shop that produces reading material, and not as a vendor that starts with the product and works backward to the problem. As the layer in between: the people an organization can call before the decision is made, whose answers come with the citation and the date attached.
It matters beyond any one contract. If this space is not navigated well, the correction arrives as a clampdown — and that costs both public safety and the civil liberties it is supposed to protect. We would rather help get it right the first time.
What we cover
Train
Courses, agency training, and credentialed instruction for the officers, security teams, and operators who carry out drone and counter-drone missions — built for the rules as they exist now, not as they were last year.
Advise
Threat assessment, program design, policy and SOPs, procurement strategy, and Part 107 flight operations. The work an organization needs before it spends money, and the work that keeps the program defensible afterward.
Equip
Requirement definition, system evaluation, and sourcing support, so what gets fielded matches the threat and the authority. Our equipment capability expands as the programs we support do.
How we operate
Nothing ships that doesn't meet the standard we'd stake the family name on. It is a manufacturing standard applied to knowledge work, and it is the reason we would rather be late than wrong.
Regulatory claims trace to the statute, the rule, or the Federal Register — read directly, with the date attached. Secondary summaries are where errors enter this field, and this field punishes errors.
Including when it's inconvenient, and including what we don't know. Calibrated confidence beats confident prose; an unsourced number is a liability we won't hand a client.
Where our line is
DELALLi educates and prepares. Only the FBI's National Counter-UAS Training Center certifies mitigation authority — we do not, and we say so anywhere it could be misread. Knowing exactly where a provider's authority ends is part of what you are buying.
