Sales and delivery policy

What this policy covers

This policy is part of our Terms of use and applies to purchases from 825WS, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as DELALLi.

It covers course purchases — individual seats and agency seat packs. It does not cover the other two things we provide, because neither is a sale:

• DELALLi Vantage. The Weekly Brief is free, so there is nothing to refund. The Premium tier is not sold through this site — access is by application and review, described in section 4 of the Terms of use. If we ever charge for a Vantage tier, this policy will say so before we do.
• Partner data-room access. Granted by invitation under a non-disclosure agreement, never sold. See section 5 of the Terms of use.

All sales are final

Course purchases are final. We do not offer satisfaction-based refunds. The course outline, length, and contents are published before purchase so you can decide whether it fits your agency before you buy — read them first.

If we do not deliver, you get your money back

This is the one exception, and it is not a satisfaction refund. Some seats are sold before course access opens. If you have paid for a seat and we do not give you access, you are entitled to a full refund on request, at any time before access is granted. If we determine the course will not be delivered at all, we refund in full without you having to ask.

Agency seat packs

Agency seat packs are invoiced and are final once seats are issued. Where an invoice has been raised but seats have not yet been issued, contact us before payment and we will confirm the arrangement in writing.

Certificates and completion records

If a purchase is refunded under the delivery exception above and a certificate had already been issued, DELALLi may mark that certificate record as revoked in the verification system. A revoked certificate still resolves when it is looked up, and the verification page reports it as revoked rather than valid.

A DELALLi certificate records course completion only. It is not a certification of counter-UAS capability or authority — mitigation authority is certified solely by the FBI National Counter-UAS Training Center.
